Early Voting
Carrie A. Downey, Clark County Clerk, will begin
accepting applications for absentee voting on February 28th
for the April 9, 2013 Consolidated Election. Voting may be done in
person in Downey’s office in the Courthouse through April 8th
or may be handled through the mail before April 4th.
For those wishing to vote in person, Downey’s office is open
Monday through Friday from 8 – 4 and will also be open from 8:00 am
until Noon on the last two Saturdays in March and the first Saturday
in April. Early voting (aka no excuse absentee) will also take place
in Downey’s office from March 25th through April 6th
.
Any interested parties should please contact the
Clerk’s office in the Courthouse in Marshall or call for information
at 217-826-8311.
